Odifresh ("Odifresh", "we", "us", or "our") operates the Odifresh mobile application (Android) and website. This Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you use our services.

By creating an account, placing an order, or using the Odifresh app, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this policy. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

We collect the following categories of information:

2.1 Personal information you provide

• Name – when you register an account
• Phone number – for OTP login, order updates, and delivery contact
• Email address – if provided in your profile
• Delivery addresses – saved addresses, landmarks, and delivery instructions

2.2 Location information

• Precise location (GPS) – only when you grant permission, to detect delivery area, pin your address on the map, and improve delivery accuracy. You can deny or revoke location permission in device settings.

2.3 Order and transaction data

• Products ordered, quantities, prices, cart contents, order history, payment method (Cash on Delivery), and order status

2.4 Device and technical data

• Device type, operating system, app version, IP address, and basic crash/diagnostic logs to maintain app security and performance

2.5 Data we do NOT collect

• We do not collect payment card or bank account details (COD only)
• We do not sell your personal data to advertisers
• We do not knowingly collect data from children under 13

We use collected information to:

• Create and manage your account (OTP verification)
• Process, fulfil, and deliver your orders
• Communicate order status, delivery updates, and support responses
• Save and manage your delivery addresses
• Improve app functionality, security, and user experience
• Prevent fraud, abuse, and unauthorised access
• Comply with applicable laws and legal requests

The Odifresh app may request the following permissions:

• Internet – required to load products, place orders, and sync your account
• Location (Fine / Coarse) – optional; used to detect your delivery location and pin addresses on the map

You can manage permissions anytime in your device Settings → Apps → Odifresh → Permissions.

We do not sell or rent your personal information. We may share limited data with:

• Delivery partners – name, phone, and address to complete delivery
• Service providers – hosting, SMS/OTP, and technology vendors under confidentiality obligations
• Legal authorities – when required by law, court order, or to protect rights and safety

We retain your account and order data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide services, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements. You may request account deletion as described in Section 8.

We implement reasonable technical and organisational measures including HTTPS encryption, access controls, and secure server storage. No method of electronic storage or transmission is 100% secure; we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Depending on applicable law, you may have the right to:

• Access – request a copy of your personal data
• Correction – update your name, phone, or addresses in the app
• Deletion – request deletion of your account and associated data
• Withdraw consent – revoke location permission or stop using the app

To exercise these rights, email support@odifresh.in with subject "Privacy Request". We will respond within 30 days.

Odifresh is not intended for children under 13 years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us data, contact us and we will delete it promptly.

Our services are primarily operated in India. By using Odifresh, you consent to the processing of your data in India where our servers and partners may be located.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top will reflect changes. Continued use of the app after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised policy. Material changes may be notified via in-app message or SMS.
